I have been a client at “Built by Rowan” for 7 months and have accomplished far more than I anticipated when I first started.

I am not an “exercise” person and usually have done my best to avoid it, if possible.
However, last year, I decided I needed to make a change to my lifestyle and exercise would need to be a part of that decision.

I was looking for a program that was suited specifically for me, and my health issues. I am not a fan of going to the gym and working out on my own. I need someone to push me to go to my limit and then work harder to exceed it.


Rowan has designed an exercise program for my age, fitness level and fitness target. I have been coached to gradually take on more complex exercises and my endurance has increased greatly. Rowan is adept at measuring when you are ready for an increase or if an exercise is not suited to your level or capabilities. He started by building up my cardio and flexibility levels based on what I was able to do not what everyone else was doing. I am not a fan of going to the gym and working out on my own. I need someone to push me to go to my limit and try to exceed it.

A large part of the prgram depends on establishing better eating habits and sticking to them. Keeping a log of my intake (water and food) has helped me to lose 25 lbs. and I have developed the habit of choosing healthier foods. The best part of this program is losing inches. I dropped three sizes and feel fabulous.

Rowan is very supportive and offers a comfortable, safe environment for exercising. Rowan uses a lot of exercises with a fun aspect so that the program stays interesting yet challenging
